Angle measuring instrument "Smart LAC Series" *Basic knowledge materials are being distributed.

Achieve high-precision, real-time angle measurement with a single sensor! The palm-sized angle measuring device has a long operating range and increased layout flexibility.

The "Smart LAC Series" is a non-contact angle measuring device that can determine the tilt of a surface in real-time. It employs the "laser autocollimator method," which projects a laser beam onto the target object and calculates the tilt of the surface from the angle of the reflected light. With a single sensor, it can measure minute angles and the angular relationships of multiple workpieces, achieving low cost and space-saving design. Depending on the application, you can choose between "single spot measurement," which allows you to select any one point from multiple light spots, and "multi-spot measurement," which enables simultaneous measurement of up to five light spots and measurement of the angle differences between them. ★ We are currently offering basic knowledge materials that explain the fundamental principles and features of laser autocollimators. You can view them immediately via PDF download. 【Features】 ■ Long working distance (measurement range ±0.5 degrees at W.D. 300mm) ■ High precision and high resolution ■ Selectable wavelengths from red, green, blue, and infrared ■ Capable of measuring the angle of external incident light ■ No need to prepare multiple sensors, saving space and cost *Demo units are available for loan. High-speed, high-resolution laser autocollimator

The world's fastest sampling and high precision (measurement linearity ±0.5% F.S.) laser autocollimator.

Our conventional model, the "Laser Autocollimator," detects the reflection of parallel light projected from a semiconductor laser and measures the tilt of objects non-contact, but it was limited to stationary objects. The 【High-Speed Angle Displacement Meter HRA-D】 can dynamically measure the angles of objects that are moving at high speeds. World's fastest sampling Over 16,000 times faster than conventional methods, with 500 kHz (2 μs) sampling. For rotating bodies at 10,000 rpm, it achieves measurement of 3,000 points per revolution. Long measurable distance Maintaining distance from the object improves measurement operability. Equipped with analog voltage output Can be connected to oscilloscopes and FFT analyzers. (This allows for the establishment of a correlation environment with conventional analysis methods.)

Laser Autocollimator Smart LAC H420 Series

New lineup of H420 series for the tilt angle measurement sensor Smart LAC.

The Smart LAC H410 series is controller-controlled, while the Smart LAC H420 series is used by connecting to a PC via USB. We have prepared wavelengths of 405nm, and beam diameters of 0.5mm and 3mm that are not available in the Smart LAC H410 series. ■ Rich variations (wavelengths and beam diameters) ■ PC control (connected with a sensor head and USB cable) ■ Divergence measurement You can choose the optimal wavelength and beam diameter according to the target object.
